pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13, EU Regulation 2016\/679\non the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data\nand on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC\n

  1. The data controller is the imp.\/ass. ASSOCIAZIONE EAST COAST TATTOO based in via Colonnetta, 227 66100 Chieti (CH)<\/li>
  2. Purpose of processing\u00a0
    <\/span><\/span>

    The processing of the personal data provided is solely for the purpose of:
    (a) performance of the contract;
    (b) fulfilment of legal obligations related to the contractual relationship;
    (c) protection of contractual rights<\/p><\/li>

  3. Treatment modalities<\/p>

    Personal data will be processed in hard copy, computerised form and entered\u00a0 <\/span>in the relevant databases to which data processors may have access.<\/p>

    Processing may also be carried out by third parties that provide specific administrative or instrumental processing services necessary to achieve\u00a0 <\/span>of the above-mentioned purposes.<\/p>

    All data processing operations are implemented in such a way as to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and availability of personal data.<\/p><\/li>

  4. Data retention period
    The data provided will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship.<\/p><\/li>

  5. Rights under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, and 22 of EU REG. 2016\/679

    La\u00a0 <\/span>we inform\u00a0 <\/span>who as\u00a0 <\/span>of concerned\u00a0 <\/span>ha\u00a0 <\/span>beyond the\u00a0 <\/span>right\u00a0 <\/span>by\u00a0 <\/span>file a complaint with the Authority\u00a0 <\/span>of control,\u00a0 <\/span>i\u00a0 <\/span>rights\u00a0 <\/span>here\u00a0 <\/span>under\u00a0 <\/span>listed,\u00a0 <\/span>which\u00a0 <\/span>may\u00a0 <\/span>far\u00a0 <\/span>worth\u00a0 <\/span>by addressing a specific\u00a0 <\/span>request\u00a0 <\/span>at\u00a0<\/p>

    Owner\u00a0 <\/span>the controller and\/or the data processor.<\/p>

    (the list may also be simplified to the articles of the Regulation only)<\/p>

    Art. 15-Right of access<\/p>

    The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to him are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to the data<\/p>

    personal and\u00a0 <\/span>information concerning treatment.<\/p>

    Art. 16 - Right of rectification<\/p>

    The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him\/her without undue delay. Having regard to the purposes of the processing,\u00a0<\/p>

    the data subject has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing a supplementary declaration.<\/p>

    Article 17 - Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)<\/p>

    The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning him\/her.\u00a0 <\/span>concern\u00a0 <\/span>without\u00a0 <\/span>unjustified\u00a0 <\/span>delay\u00a0 <\/span>e\u00a0 <\/span>the incumbent\u00a0 <\/span>of\u00a0 <\/span>treatment has\u00a0 <\/span>the obligation\u00a0 <\/span>by<\/p>

    delete\u00a0 <\/span>without undue delay.<\/p>

    Art. 18 - Right to restriction of processing<\/p>

    The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of processing when one of the following cases occurs:<\/p>

    (a) the person concerned\u00a0 <\/span>disputes\u00a0 <\/span>accuracy\u00a0 <\/span>of\u00a0 <\/span>data\u00a0 <\/span>personal,\u00a0 <\/span>for\u00a0 <\/span>the\u00a0 <\/span>period\u00a0 <\/span>necessary\u00a0 <\/span>at\u00a0 <\/span>incumbent\u00a0 <\/span>of the processing to verify the accuracy of such personal data;<\/p>

    (b) the\u00a0 <\/span>treatment\u00a0 <\/span>\u00e8\u00a0 <\/span>malfeasance\u00a0 <\/span>e\u00a0 <\/span>the person concerned\u00a0 <\/span>yes\u00a0 <\/span>opposes\u00a0 <\/span>at\u00a0 <\/span>cancellation\u00a0 <\/span>of\u00a0 <\/span>data\u00a0 <\/span>personal\u00a0 <\/span>e\u00a0 <\/span>Instead, it calls for their use to be restricted;<\/p>

    (c) although the controller no longer needs them for processing purposes, the personal data are\u00a0 <\/span>necessary\u00a0 <\/span>to the person concerned\u00a0 <\/span>for\u00a0 <\/span>the assessment,\u00a0 <\/span>the exercise\u00a0 <\/span>o\u00a0 <\/span>the\u00a0<\/p>

    defence\u00a0 <\/span>by\u00a0 <\/span>a\u00a0 <\/span>right\u00a0 <\/span>at\u00a0 <\/span>judicial venue;<\/p>

    (d) the person concerned\u00a0 <\/span>yes\u00a0 <\/span>\u00e8\u00a0 <\/span>opposite\u00a0 <\/span>at\u00a0 <\/span>treatment\u00a0 <\/span>at\u00a0 <\/span>senses\u00a0 <\/span>of the article\u00a0 <\/span>21,\u00a0 <\/span>paragraph 1,\u00a0 <\/span>at\u00a0 <\/span>waiting\u00a0 <\/span>of the examination as to whether the grounds prevailed<\/p>

    legitimate rights of the data controller over those of the data subject.<\/p>

    Art. 20 - Right to data portability<\/p>

    The data subject has the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format\u00a0 <\/span>i\u00a0 <\/span>data\u00a0 <\/span>personal\u00a0 <\/span>which\u00a0 <\/span>I\u00a0 <\/span>concern\u00a0 <\/span>provided\u00a0 <\/span>a\u00a0 <\/span>a\u00a0 <\/span>holder of the\u00a0 <\/span>treatment\u00a0 <\/span>e\u00a0 <\/span>ha\u00a0 <\/span>the<\/p>

    Article 21 - Right of Opposition<\/p>

    The interested party\u00a0 <\/span>ha\u00a0 <\/span>the\u00a0 <\/span>right\u00a0 <\/span>by\u00a0 <\/span>oppose\u00a0 <\/span>at\u00a0 <\/span>any\u00a0 <\/span>moment,\u00a0 <\/span>for\u00a0 <\/span>reasons\u00a0 <\/span>connected\u00a0 <\/span>at\u00a0 <\/span>his\u00a0 <\/span>particular situation,\u00a0 <\/span>at\u00a0 <\/span>treatment\u00a0 <\/span>of\u00a0 <\/span>data\u00a0 <\/span>personal\u00a0 <\/span>which\u00a0 <\/span>I\u00a0 <\/span>relate to the\u00a0 <\/span>senses\u00a0 <\/span>of the article\u00a0 <\/span>6,<\/p>
