EAST COAST TATTOO CONVENTION<\/b><\/p>

The request to participate as a tattoo artist shall be made exclusively through application in the special section \"CANDIDATURA ARTISTI\" by filling in the form and following the instructions. The application is personal, for each individual candidate (even in the case of multiple stands)<\/p>

As you will also find in the form\u00a0 <\/span>inscription,\u00a0 <\/span>for the multiple stand, the name of the stand partner(s) must be specified<\/p>

If the application is accepted, the applicant tattoo artist will receive a LINK by e-mail to access the format for REGISTRATION to the East Coast Tattoo Convention.<\/p>

In this section, the artist will provide all his data and find the information necessary to proceed.<\/p>

The selection of applications is at the discretion of the East Coast Tattoo Convention staff.<\/p>

The outcome of the selections is final.<\/p>

The East Coast Tattoo Convention will take place in premises that are suitable for the proper conduct of the Convention and previously authorised by the relevant bodies.<\/p>

Each stand will be equipped with power sockets, a table, two chairs per artist, gloves, paper and special waste containers. The staff will take care of the collection of special waste.<\/p>

During the course of the convention, each tattoo artist shall comply with the health and hygiene regulations that are normally applied within their respective establishments, as set out in the Ministry of Health guidelines of 05\/02\/1998.<\/p>

The organisation disclaims all liability arising from the non-application or improper application of the above rules by tattoo artists.<\/p>

Smoking is strictly forbidden within the premises hosting the convention.<\/p>
