SINGLE STAND MODULE

Modulo di partecipazione alla “East Coast Tattoo Convention 2026” in qualità di tatuatore (no piercing*) con stand a singola postazione di lavoro di metri 1,50 x 2,50 x 2,50h. Il costo dello stand è di 450,00 €.

La procedura di iscrizione prevede il versamento di una caparra per la postazione di 200€ tramite bonifico bancario (sul conto corrente sotto indicato) entro 5 giorni dal ricevimento di questa mail. In the reason for payment indicate: Il nome del partecipante all’evento e specificare “100€ quota associativa + 100€ contributo socio per East Coast Tattoo”.

Il saldo da pagare è di 250€ entro e non oltre il 20 Settembre 2026.

As the participant is a member of the East Coast Tattoo Association, no VAT shall be charged.

I post pubblicitari, per i tatuatori partecipante al nostro evento, saranno realizzati e pubblicati sui social, solo dopo il versamento della caparra dello stand.
Le pubblicazioni procederanno fino al tempo massimo del 10 ottobre 2026.

Participants are informed that there is no sterilisation room. Therefore, the use of disposable equipment and materials only is mandatory.
Each workstation will be provided:
1 work table, 2 chairs, disposable containers for infectious medical waste, 1 display shelf, 1 220V socket and ordinary waste bag.
Please remember to bring the lamp and the health documentation (USL authorisation) of your practice or the licence
of individual artists.
By signing this form, the artist undertakes to use only and exclusively material and inks in accordance with the law.
The organisation will not be liable for the use of material that does not comply with the regulations in force.

MULTIPLE STAND MODULE
TO BE COMPLETED AND SENT BY EACH INDIVIDUAL TATTOO ARTIST

Declaration of use of disposable material throughout the convention period.
The artist declares that the material used in the East Coast Tattoo Convention is STERILE AND DISPOSABLE, (e.g., tubes, bars and needles for tattoo artists) (e.g., pliers, cannulas and piercer jewellery).

Declares to have received the information referred to in Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, in particular with regard to the rights recognised by the EU Regulation 2016/679 and to consent, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 7 et seq. of the Regulation, to the processing of personal data, including special data, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in the information notice, however strictly related and instrumental to the management of the purposes referred to in point 2 of the information notice.
Application for membership of the 'East Coast Tattoo' association
I hereby apply to the Board of Directors of 'East Coast Tattoo' to be admitted as a member of the Association and share its institutional aims. The undersigned undertakes to comply with the health regulations in force and the resolutions of the validly constituted Association bodies. To this end, he/she declares that he/she is familiar with and accepts the articles of association. The communication system will be the e-mail address indicated above.
